Temporal Based Question Bank Management For Smart School Application

Education is one of the most important aspect in the human civilization. The prosperousness of the chosen education method can be ascertained through the testing approach. Examination is commonly used as an evaluating tool in formal education. As a result of the Information Technology development, the formation of question bank will be more manageable. Moreover its creates a new dimension of database concepts, whereby a time factor is embedded to data elements. The combination of these two elements will yield the new database characteristic known as temporal database. This paper will discuss an approach of generating the examination question by considering the temporal aspects. With this approach, we can assure that the generated question set will be more balance in terms its scope and frequency. Furthermore, the proposed approach will enable the implementation of a virtual classroom assessment system.
